It is primarily intended for ornamental lawns in parks or family gardens with low foot traffic, where the emphasis is primarily on the lawn’s appearance.

The basis of this mixture is tall fescue, which has deep roots and high drought resistance. Narrow-leafed lawn varieties of this species have been selected. Meadow grass ensures the stability of the turf, and for rapid establishment and integration into the surface, these two species are supplemented with perennial ryegrass.

After initial establishment, depending on the amount of watering, the turf will stabilize with the growth of tall fescue and meadow grass. This means that perennial ryegrass will recede from the turf with little to no watering.

A lawn sown with this mixture retains its rich green color even during dry summer months.
